Team Kaliber took the win over Rise Nation in the grand finals match of the CWL Pro League. This victory confirms that they are the best team in Stage Two. Their loss last stage had fired them up to win this time around to claim the team’s third CoD: WWII championship.

The match began with Hardpoint on London Docks. Rise Nation took the win in a dominant fashion. However, Team Kaliber was unfazed and took Ardennes Forest Search and Destroy in the same manner with a score of 6-2. Capture the Flag was next on Ardennes Forest and Rise took the victory 3-1 unlike the first time the teams met in winner’s bracket finals. Team Kaliber understood that they must win two more games to avoid a bracket reset and took the Hardpoint map on Ardennes Forest. However, Rise managed to pull through and clutch the win in an 11 round Valkyrie Search and Destroy to reset the bracket.

Series two started off with Team Kaliber winning the opening game of Hardpoint with a 119 point victory. However, the same level of domination was done by Rise on the Valkyrie Search and Destroy to tie the series. The Capture the Flag matches have always been 50/50, but this time around, Team Kaliber took the win to force match point. The next game was a Hardpoint match on London Docks and Team Kaliber had already taken the loss twice on this combo of game and map. Rise took their aim and racked up kill after kill while Team Kaliber focused on objective play. Team Kaliber’s play won them the match and the championship with a victory of 250-190. The players and organization won $200,000 and took their stride toward the CWL Championship in about 3 weeks.
