As a single player enthusiast, all of the games listed are top tier. If you have never picked up the Assassin’s Creed series, now is the best time to start. Assassin’s Creed takes you on a journey throughout the globe and time. You can experience the Renaissance era in Spain, the colonial United States, ancient Egypt, and many more through the eyes of an assassin. Grand Theft Auto is a series that needs no introduction. The legendary series has been a mix of comedy, action, violence, and chaos throughout the years. GTA V still has a large online player base and you don’t need to know or have played the previous games to pick it up. For the more experienced and patient gamer, Dark Souls 2 and 3 are incredibly challenging. You will experience the trademark “You Died” scene a lot more times than you anticipate. However, this game is beautiful and feels extremely rewarding when you complete a challenge or defeat a boss. If you think you have what it takes, Dark Souls will put you to the test.
