If you want to get that new Omega skin that was released for Fortnight Battle Royale Season 4, then you have to grind your way through the new rank system, and the best way to do that is complete the weekly challenges. These weekly challenges released by Fortnight developers Epic Games, help players earn extra XP to level up faster.
Here are the Season 4-week 3 Battle Pass tasks listed from easy to hard:
- Revive Players – 5 star All you need to do is revive 5 players during Duo or Squads matches. Easy.
- Deal damage with Pistols to opponents – 5 stars Pistols aren’t the most glamorous weapons in Fortnight.
- Search Chests in Lonely Lodge – 5 stars Not the most popular location for dropping in, but Lonely Lodge has plenty of chests stashed away.
- Search Rubber Duckies – 5 stars You’ll need to find 10 Rubber Duckies dotted around the map.
- Follow the treasure map found in Salty Springs (HARD) – 10 stars Check out the map in Salty Springs to find the giant Battle Star. You can drop straight in from the Battle Bus to claim that.
- Sniper Rifle Eliminations (HARD) – 10 stars Two kills with a Sniper Rifle will bag you 10 stars.
- Eliminate opponents in Tilted Towers (HARD) – 10 stars -As if Tilted Towers isn’t a kill zone already, now you can get rewarded for taking down three players among the carnage.
This week, one of the most talked about tasks is to follow the treasure map found in Salty Springs. To complete this task, head over to Moisty Mire, but south of Lonely Lodge, to find dirt circles that resemble a dirt bike track. In the middle of the lower circle and you'll find the Battle Pass icon near a large tree that you must collect to complete the challenge.
Players have also begun the search for 10 rubber duckies on the map this week. You can track down the duckies across a series of matches, and more than 10 duckies have been found across the island. Once you find the duck when you hear a squeaking sound that gives away its location, simply walk up to it and collect.
Here is a list on where 10 of the ducks have been found:
- 1. Next to the jetty in the north-east part of Loot Lake
- 2. In the very north of the map, at the end of the river, down the waterfall
- 3. In the south-east of Lonely Lodge is a stream next to a hut. The stream ends in a cave with a duck
- 4. In the very south of the map, at the end of the river by Lucky Landing, drop down the waterfall
- 5. On the south-east side of Greasy Grove, just before the road, is a chained off section. Enter, destroy the water pipe with your axe
- 6. In the north part of Moisty Mire, you'll find a hut in a swamp, with the Rubber Ducky by the jetty
- 7. Next to the waterfall just south of Loot Lake
- 8. In the south of Fatal Fields is a rectangular lake. On the north side is a Rubber Ducky
- 9. In the south of Moisty Mire is a small pond with a duck in the middle.
- 10. There is a Rubber Ducky underneath the bridge north-west of Lucky Landing
The other hard challenges require skill in battle. To get two sniper rifle eliminations and eliminate three opponents in Tilted Towers may be easier in the Solo playlist. The first task to watch a match replay was not possible because Developer Epic Games had to delay update 4.2 patch. But since its release that is now possible and the new loading screen has been revealed. If you complete all the tasks for week 3, you will unlock a loading screen, which displays where the battle star is. TwoEpicBuddies, who have become popular for unlocking Fortnight secrets, discovered two loading screens and since the update both have been released.
Now that you have all the challenges and some tips on how to complete them, its time to get out there and start grinding.
